very caring and always takes care my issues

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the long wait to see the doctor and the location. It is right in the heart of center city and is nearly impossible to find. Overall, I liked this place.

Arrived 10 minutes early for a 3pm appointment. At 4pm, I was still waiting to be seen in the examination room and got up and left in frustration. Please don't tell patients there is availability when there is none, as their time is valuable too.

Clean environment and professional staff. The only downside and this is with most office, you spend more time waiting on the doctor to see you than getting the care you need 😊

I was so surprised with my experience after reading reviews for this place before going there. I had hoped to establish care with a PCP there, but I am definitely never going back. EVERYONE there made me feel like I was a nuisance and they didn't want me there, from the front desk receptionist, to the nurse, to the physician herself (Dr. DeSalvo), to the lab technician who drew my blood. Not even a "hi, how are you" or "bye, have a nice day," which is not great but fine in itself. The problem is that it was really clear they did not care at all that I was there or that I needed some help from them - in fact, I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't wait to get out of there asap, and I completely forgot to ask some questions I had prepared for the doctor way ahead of time for some problems I am having that I was hoping to get some answers to. It was fine, they did my bloodwork and I got some basic answers from that about triglycerides, CBC, etc, but I was hoping they could help me diagnose some issues I am having and the doctor told me she couldn't think of any extra bloodwork to do other than the basic nutritional panel, CBC, etc. I had to ask for some extra things and she seemed annoyed even though I know for a fact it would all be covered by my insurance as an annual visit exam. The doctor offered basically nothing to contribute toward figuring out what is going on with me. I am definitely never going back there--it was possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a PCP's office in my life, and I am not from USA so am used to not having much customer service so that is saying something. All in all, I felt like they just wanted to take a payment and do as little as possible to actually help me. Also, I really need to mention that Dr. DeSalvo was clearly sick with a head cold and coughing, and we are in the middle of a pandemic --when I went to my appointment we were at the height of COVID case counts for this season in Philadelphia (or at least so it seems for now). I thought it was incredibly irresponsible of the office to have her there (cannot say if it's because her employer doesn't easily let her take sick time, or she just didn't want to). I'm sure she tested negative for COVID and thought it was fine, but she really shouldn't be around people when she is that sick. Also, on a final note, this is a medical facility, and the bathroom where you collect urine samples was super outdated (the whole office generally was, except for the front desk reception -- a nice veneer, I guess). I would think one could do some renovating in an old building like that for a *medical office*, at least for the bathroom. Couldn't wait to get out of there asap and am never coming back. I feel like I wasted my annual visit allowance. :( I know this is long, but I wanted to help others who are looking for a PCP!

Alexandria Stough is my Primary care Physician & she is grreat!!! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a thorough Great Doctor!

The front desk was professional and helpful both over the phone and in person. No long wait times and visit was quick but thorough. Dr. Desalvo had good bedside manner and was very thorough when asking about my medical history as I am a new patient. She answered any questions I had and made sure I was informed about any health concerns. She also made suggestions of vaccines I may need as time had passed since I’d gotten some. Very knowledgeable doctor, would definitely recommend.
