Waited 2 months to see him with in house referral then waited 2 hours at appointment He seemed compassionate and smart. He Promised to research tests and procedures I needed for a serious diagnosis. It’s been 10 weeks and neither he nor associate have responded to several phone calls and communication via Temples portal. Shocked at the indifference of his behavior.

The initial visit was great. It went downhill AFTER that. No follow up or return call after bloodwork. Called for the doctor-NO RETURN CALL. The week after I called for the physician's assistant--NO RETURN CALL. The week after (this past Monday) I requested a supervisor who was aware of everything and I was assured someone would call me, that was this past Monday--NO RETURN CALL. I called again Wednesday afternoon. I was told no one was available.

Do yourself a favor and look for another endocrinologist. It took 2 months for me to setup an appointment. Then another 3 weeks and multiple messages and phone calls to get this guy to review my bloodwork. I am still waiting.... His bedside manner wasn't terrible but his secretary should go work at the DMV she is completely disrespectful!

Dr. Rao is very slow at getting back and has given me the wrong test strips perscriptions a few times. He also has canceled my appointment with him a couple times to go on a vacation. When you call to reschedule an appointment it usually takes 3 months to get another appointment. Now I am stuck with the wrong test strips for my meter and am waiting to hear back from him to correct my prescription and give me the right one.

Terrible service. It tools 2 months to get an appointment and Dr. Rao will never call you back. Also good luck with the lady at the front desk that answers the phones, she is rude as hell. Find a different Doctor.
