Dr. Intilli is a great person. She knows what she’s doing and cares greatly about her patients. She’s compassionate and took care of my father as if he was her best friend. I would recommend her to anyone who has eye issues. She’s a true gem!!

I was having issues with new eyeglasses. I was seen by a Dr. who kept telling me that my inability to see clearly through my glasses was due to dry eyes. After 3 return visits I knew it was time to get a second opinion. I mentioned my problem to an acquaintance and she highly recommend Dr. Intili. It was devine intervention. After listening to me and addressing my frustration, Dr.Intili did a very thorough exam and told me that my sight issues were from Cataracts. She did the Surgery for the removal of my cateracts and the results were great. Dr. Intili is very kind and caring. She doesn't rush through office visits and she really listens. She also explains things very well . After my surgery she personally called me to see how I was doing. I'm so very grateful to have her as my Eye Dr.. Needless to say I highly recommend Dr.Intili

I have been a patient of Dr. Intili just over a year and have been impressed. My wife and I had her perform femtolaser assisted cataract surgery on us in 2022. We were very pleased by the outcomes. She is very skilled surgeon and explains everything well. She is an excellent diagnostician, surgeon and we really like her bedside manner. The office staff is efficient and complete. The office wait times are a bit long but every eye surgeon I have ever been to have been longer like at Wills Eye offices. I highly recommend Dr. Intili. Just the access and not having to go into Center City is a plus. I spent 4 decades working in academic medical research. I think I can recognize a skilled professional, and she is it.

She is wonderful in every way! She is an expert and highly skilled and is so nice and caring! I am a nervous patient and she makes you feel so at ease! I love her and would never go to another eye doctor. She is incredible!

The only negative review about Dr. Intilli here was given by a lawyer. A close reading of that review show that her problems with the visit were of her own making and not those of Dr. Intilli. I, too, am a lawyer. I am a surgical patient of Dr. Intilli. She is one of the most skilled, talented, and competent professionals I have ever encountered, whether inside or outside of the medical profession. My procedure involved cosmetic surgery around the eyelids, a procedure known as a blepheroplasty. Dr. Intilli brought not only precision, but also an artistry to the task which resulted in taking years off of my appearance. The slight scars that remain on my forehead are testimony to the fact that she approached my face with both the skill of a surgeon and the care of a woman. In retrospect, knowing how important this procedure was, I could not have placed my confidence in better hands. Dr. Intilli is the consummate professional whose attitude and demeanor exemplify loving care.

Although I asked how long the wait would be when I arrived on time, the front desk refused to commit. She told me to wait in my car due to Covid-19, which I did for over an hour. When I eventually saw Dr. Intili we discussed my condition & options. She then had me wait for paperwork with an assistant to sign everything for surgery. After a considerable new wait, I asked what happened and the paperwork was suddenly ready. I told the assistant that as a lawyer I was reading before signing. When I got to the form that said all my questions were answered, I said I couldn't sign it until I asked the doctor another medical question that came up. The doctor then said she was uncomfortable treating me and refused to perform the surgery, the original reason I went there. The doctor said I "talked too slow", which I found preposterous. After wasting 2.5 hours of my time I left with no resolution, just frustration. Totally unprofessional. The office is a "factory".

Wasted 2.5 hours

When I went to Dr Intili, I was almost legally blind. My lenses were so far gone that in another month or two I would have had to give up my job and stop driving. After two cataract surgeries, the good Doctor restored my eyesight so well, that at 73, I don't even need glasses anymore. Thank you so much. Gary Y.
