I spent years in pain brushed off. Or being told I need multiple surgery's and I should wait I'm so young. Well after feeling defeated or like I just hated waking up in the pain and discomfort, I did more research and found rothman and Dr.Vaccaro. At my first appointment I have never seen such efficiency and care. Dr.vaccaro and his team are wonderful. I had my surgery a little over two months ago. I woke up in less pain even right after surgery. I continue to feel so much better medicine free. If you want great results and care I highly recommend. Also he's very personable and so is his staff. They have been a blessing for me.

Dr. Vaccaro and his team are great. They were highly recommended by several friends and met my expectations. I had bone on bone in my spine causing severe nerve damage and pain. Dr. Vaccaro performed lumbar fusion. I am in recovery and I am no longer experiencing the pain caused by the nerve damage.

In my opinion Dr. Vaccaro is a particularly Blessed Neurosurgeon in both Skills and Sincere Compassion for his patients. He is exceptional in his depth of knowledge regarding the spine and his patience to explain things to his patients as many times as they need. I am a patient of Dr. Vacarro's and he did 2 surgeries on me in the same day to fix my cervical spine.

I could barely walk with my herniated disc in my back. After Dr. Vaccaro performed the surgery I was back running and working out in 6 months pain free. The Rothman orthopedic staff were nothing but amazing.

Great experience from ease of scheduling, processing at check-in and expeditiously getting in with Dr. Vaccaro. He and his team were very thorough, but with a human touch. I did not feel like a number. No question or detail was left out. I feel that they will put me on the path to better health & comfort.

Hands down the BEST! I won’t have any other surgeons touch my neck, he has performed 3 surgeries on my neck and has been nothing but honest and positive. Took the time to listen to me.

I had chronic neck pain, stiffness and shoulder pain for over five years and saw several doctors tried several rounds of physical therapy, spinal injections nothing helped. After spending fifteen minutes with Dr. Vaccaro I realized I had hope of being pain free one day. He was very frank and said you are not ready for surgery yet, try some other more targeted PT and if things don't get better see me again. Low and behold a year later I saw him again and he recommended cervical disk replacement w/fusion and nerve decompression. In that year span I did my research on Dr. Vaccaro and the procedure and I was confident and felt reassured I found the best. Also, Dr. Vaccaro's support staff is one the best of all the doctors I have ever gone to!

I had ALIF spinal fusion and decompression (front and back) which took about 9 hours. Eleven weeks later and I have ZERO pain! 0! Miracle! I cannot believe it! Dr. Vaccaro is truly the best there is and he gave me back my life. I had pain down both legs, could not stand more than 10 minutes, and could not walk far. I could not do many things and I am fairly young. Thank you Dr. Vaccaro and staff. I am blessed to have found you!
