My Husband had groundbreaking POEM procedure for Achalasia. Dr. Schlacterman performed the procedure. The downtime was 1 day and he feels like a new man after a long period of aspirating and having food and liquids stuck in his esophagus. Dr. Schlacterman is top of the line and passionate about his work.
