I was treated poorly very poorly by a guy by the name of Jonathan whom was supposed to help me with my financial situation as I believe is one of his job responsibilities and this happened from the very beginning of my encounter with this person whom has no consideration in neglecting his duties to provide the proper assistance with patients visiting your health center. Not only one of my questions to this guy was responded with the proper courtesy and care which makes me believe that he is not the ideal person to deal with your patients. I left your promises feeling like I was treated very very very bad.

I absolutely hate it here. Never can I ever go there to get an issue resolved. It’s always a long wait. Typically you ask what you need help with and the doctors and nurse practitioners help. No. Not here. It’s just a clean place on the inside. This place doesn’t schedule video visits. Everyone that works there is of a certain nationality. It’s just very disappointing every single time I go there. Currently looking for a new dentist and primary care physician. Over this place and their people.

These Doctors are amazing and granted the surrounding company around Esperanza is not the best but they are just trying to help the community. But they are excellent with your care, they have a dental office as well here. It is a Christian Heath center run by a Christian Company who are just trying to help us. I promise you won’t regret going here

Good people most of thm but the phone calls is shtty,no answer and they wait to call you back 2 days latter 🤦🏻♀️ no entiendo si casi ni trabajo tienen most of the time.

ITS RIDICULOUS TO GET A APPOINTMENT or even a question answered. I’ve been going here for 7 years because it’s nice and clean and quick but the phone service has drastically declined. I have called 4 times this week to get shot records couldn’t get through and didn’t get a call back, when I finally did today; THEY HUNG UP ON ME! it’s frustrating when it’s important.
