Dr. Andrea Porpiglia Surgical Oncology is an exceptional doctor and surgeon. Very professional and compassionate. On my first appt with her I was very nervous and not sure what to expect. I immediately felt at ease and confident I was receiving expert medical care. She took the time to explain my condition as well as my treatment options. I feel my concerns are heard and she ensures that you understand what she is explaining and the next steps. Takes the time to answer any questions, don't feel rushed. Her team was friendly and professional. Very organized. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. For my office visits I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes for my appt. Highly Recommended!!!!

Dr. Porpiglia is an amazing Physician that no doubt is knowledgeable and she is very thorough and takes her time to explain details. She is very compassionate and genuinely cares to the point she gave me her personal cell phone number in case I needed her. She is always available from the beginning and throughout my whole process.

Dr Porpiglia did my breast cancer surgery in July 2021. She was thorough, caring and had excellent rapport with her staff as well as with me. Her caring attitude was much appreciated when later she stepped in to help me find a second opinion about chemotherapy. Again, later in my treatment, even though the surgery was complete, I believe her to be the team leader in my follow up care. She’s not rushed, and puts the patient needs first. She listens.

Dr. Porpiglia was my surgeon for breast cancer. From the first time I met with her she was professional, caring, kind and she explained my diagnosis and treatment options very clearly. She took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me so that I would understand and so that I felt very comfortable and more aware and knowledgeable. The East Norriton office staff has been wonderful and I received great care. I would highly recommend Dr. Porpiglia.

As a young adult being treated for breast cancer, I feel fortunate to have landed at Fox Chase and in Dr. Porpiglia's office. I found her to be a highly competent and confident surgeon as well as a humble and caring human being. She's wonderful!

Doctor Porpiglia is absolutely amazing. She removed a large mass between my kidney & liver along with my gallbladder. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She has great follow up. If you have any questions or concerns she is always willing to help you. We need more caring & efficient doctors like her. I would always recommend her. Thanks Fox Chase for bringing her on board. She makes Fox Chase a good place to want to go. Love Yah Doc please stay as wonderful as you are❤️❤️❤️
