Dr. Jay is seriously the best. Always patient and sweet, and she answers all of my questions very clearly. I always leave her office feeling in charge of my health. I never feel like she's going to just give me a speech and then leave. My appointment today was a solid half hour of just us having a conversation about my health. It's so rare to get that amount of time with doctors, especially specialists! I don't even spend that kind of time talking to my primary doc.

I would give her no stars if I could. This doctor purposefully told me that one of my other doctors was leaving the practice also, just to upset me. Why??? Because I told her that it was inappropriate for her to have me sitting in the examination room for 2 hours waiting for her. When I did see that other doctor and told him what she said.. it was clear that she did that on purpose to upset me. Just terrible... I'm glad she left I was going switch her out anyways. My first and only other encounter with her was super dry.. I knew she wasn't right then, but I figured I'd give her another try since my previous doctor who genuinely cared about me, who retired set it up. With the closing of Hahnemann University hospital and the state of unsureness with the different clinics surrounding the hospital and doctors leaving and patients being upset and not knowing what's going on this was a very very terrible thing for her to do to a patient that supposed to be her patient. ( who has a chronic illness that with stress and being upset causes debilitating flare-ups. ) Shame on you! And I was in NO way interested in where she was going to follow her. I was only interested to make sure that she did not come across my path again. Just terrible.

She is amazing. Went to her office one day barely walking and in a lot of pain. She has worked with me adjusting meds and trying to make me feel better and she has succeeded. She takes her time and goes over everything slowly to make sure I understand everything. Highly recommend her to everyone.
