Good luck getting an appointment or getting test results. These guys don't bother to answer the phone. I've been without my meds for a week now cause I'm waiting on test results that I can't get them on the phone for.

Fairmount Dental billed my insurance for work they didn't do! They were overpaid over $1,400 for this theft. My insurance co. paid them even though I had a grievance report on them. now , the insurance co. has to get the money back from them.... and they don't answer the phone and when they do, Julisa, the billing person gets nasty and hangs up on people. they are extremely unprofessional.... and dishonest thieves!!!

The tele customer service is terrible🤦🏾♀️. They never answer their phone. I've been trying to request important paperwork for pickup for the past week. No response ever and it's time related for my job. Been dealing with this for five years. I just changed doctor 💁🏾♀️

Nobody seems to care here. Voice-mail go unanswered. Patients are left on ringing calls. These employees must be overworked and underpaid.

The doctors are ok but very very hard to reach by phone. The front desk staff is horrible. They never answer the phones. It’s very hard to schedule an appointment. My doctor prescribed me a medication that I had an allergy to 5 days ago and it took me 24 tries straight to get someone to answer the phones. I still haven’t heard from anyone. One time I had to physically go down there to make an appointment, another time I had to call their sister office. Just a sorry group of front desk medical assistants who don’t assist at all. Still trying to call today about the same issue and no answer.

It's great that they have doctors, OBGYN, pediatrics, and dental all in one place. The doctors are nice and know what they are doing.None of this matters, though, because they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE.I had a phone appointment last week and they called over an hour late so I missed them. I tried to call back multiple times on multiple days to make another appointment and they never answer the phone.THE ANSWERING MACHINE IS ALSO ALWAYS FULL.I hate to have to change doctors but this isn't functional.

I have been calling and trying to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment for over a week now. No one answers. You can't leave a message because the inbox is full. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I’m sorry that patients including my mother stay here for years time for a change to help the community change is on the way for my mother no one ever answers these phones
