Bosley - Hair Restoration & Transplant - Philadelphia's Online Review Report Card

Well unfortunately. My experience at Bosley was terrible, I really wish I knew the names of the people that did my procedure back in Feb of 2022, because this has been a complete failure on so many levels. And the person that I blame most, is Ms Kristi, because ever since I asked her was it safe to shave my hair bald, when I was in the 10th month period, she told me yes, but she never not once explained to me, that my hair will still take time to grow back. And ever since I shaved my hair bald, back in December of 2022, my transplant area has not been growing back the same. That was the whole point of me getting a transplant, so I wouldn't have to struggle again with my hair. And she never reaches out to me to see how is my hair holding up or nothing. So I blame her a whole lot. Because im still struggling with my hair. And I paid them too much damn money to get this transplant done. It's not like I can get my money back. I haven't been to the barbershop since 2020. Everytime I look at the transplant areas on my hair, I get extremely frustrated 😠 and confused on why my hair haven't been growing back the same ever since I shaved it off. I would never recommend nobody to Bosley. Them damn Bosley commercials, ain't nothing but a bunch of lies. Especially when the Bosley commercial always saids u can get your full thick hair back. But the reality is, I would have to get 2 procedure done, just to add more density. So unfortunately, im back to square 1

The entire process and team were amazing from start to finish. I first met with Kristi for my consultation; she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Next up was Gabby, who conducted my PAT phone call and walked me through every detail and instruction for my FUE procedure. Super helpful and reassuring. Fast forward to game day, procedure day. I’ll spare you the parking details, but just know I successfully retrieved my Jeep from a random valet not associated with Bosley. If you want the funny version, ask the amazing Philly team. Up to the 24th floor I went, where I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. I was immediately taken back to review and sign paperwork and place my lunch order. Forgive me for forgetting her name, but she was awesome. Now to finally put a face to the voice, Gabby, PA, on deck! She reviewed my medical history and explained exactly how the day would unfold. By the way, she’s fabulous. Next, I met the man who would help decide my future hairline and poke 1,300 holes in my scalp, Dr. Dudas. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. At that point, I knew I was in great hands. Then came the fun part: extraction. I had an entire team with me throughout the day, and while I may have forgotten a few names, I won’t forget the experience. Dr. D, Gabby, Linda, Lauren, Ciara, and the entire team made a huge positive impression. Everyone was professional, attentive, and we shared plenty of laughs along the way. Every person I encountered made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. Truly appreciative of the entire team and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. PS: my only suggestion would be for the Bosley marketing team to get a bit more creative with their marketing. The adds I’ve seen don’t come close to the outstanding service I received!

The attention to detail, the compassion, the understanding, when you are in their presence, you feel like you’re part of the family. They do exactly what they say. They’re gonna do and everything is transparent. If anybody is interested in this procedure? I highly suggest that you Use this company. Ken

Bosley's, was the only procedure I had confidence in that would give me the results I was looking for. Other methods promise results but fall well short of what's promised.

Had 2 procedures at two different times. First the front hairline and then the crown. If you think of it like going to the dentist office. Not going to be a good time, but they'll do their best to make you comfortable and the time goes fast. Results are worth it.

First and foremost I’m a pain in the ass.. Huge shout out to the whole team for putting up with me. I had a really hard time and they all worked together with the most patience ever!! Heather and Cierra thanks for being cool and making me feel at home.. Ps. Nancy has Reese‘s peanut butter cups 😉
