This was the worst experience that I have ever had in any doctors office! I spent close to an hour and a half in the examination room, but only saw Dr. McClean for about 15 minutes on and off. I believe that she was seeing multiple patients at the same time. At the onset of the appointment she sat down and began typing everything that I said. I asked her a question and it was obvious that while she was typing she wasn't actually listening to me. She left the room without answering me and returned about 10 minutes later. This went on for the entire 90 minutes. She would pop in, I would ask her a question and then she was out of the room again. Not one of my questions was answered to my satisfaction. It was impossible to have any conversation, because she kept leaving. She ordered two tests that I had no idea what they were for until I went to set up the appointments. I left the office not knowing anything more than before my appointment. What a huge waste of my time!

Dr. McLean is very respectful; explaining each step as she proceeds with her examination. She makes you feel like a valued patient by attentively listening and noting your concerns for the sake of accuracy.
