This company was supposed to manage my wife’s Covid recovery after being discharged from the hospital. She has nothing but phone tag with their case manager. When I stepped in with an appeals rep after they closed it, I was told that someone would reach out to us.Nothing!!! Do NOT waste your time with this two-but company! This company was supposed to manage my wife’s Covid recovery after being discharged from the hospital. She has nothing but phone tag with their case manager. CareAllies is the single worst company to deal with. They have zero customer service, refuse to answer their phone and have done nothing but hinder the quality of health care I was previously receiving. The only reason I rated this poor excuse of a company one star was because the system will not allow you to post without selecting at least one star. The fact that Cigna has no problem taking my insurance premiums monthly and then pawns all our service off to CareAllies is a horrible way to do business.CareAllies is the single worst company to deal with. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Cigna subcontracts a company that does nothing more than screw you over every phone call on wait time over 40 mins. Cigna themselves cannot ever get a hold of them. When you are actually able to get an incompetent representative they tell you they cannot find your file or your information. Doesn’t matter if they hold up your entire medical care for extreme pain because these @&:$; have nothing better to do than their hair and nails. Don’t waste your time. Cigna better begin contracting better companies because this company is complete BS!The worst company I have ever dealt with. I work for a provider's office and called the providers services number 800-244-6224 in December of 2018 to check on a claim and was told the claim need x-rays, I sent them to the payer. I called again in January and Migel Ref# 3121 stated the x-rays were rec'd but now the claim needed a narrative, but he could take it over the phone. I just called the payer to check status again and neither the x-rays nor the narrative are on file with the payer. I requested a supervisor and Dario M-96557 answered and I could actually hear he and the previous rep laughing on the phone. The point is the medical profession has a strict HIPPA policy and to loose a patients information is a critical error (Dario said there was nothing he could do about it). Where is the patient's records and who has access to them? How would you feel if your personal medical information was "floating" around a building unsecured?I rate Cigna a ZERO but I couldn't select it.
I still have nightmares from dealing with CareAllies while receiving cancer treatment under the AFTRA Health Plan two years ago. They attempted to block payment for hospitalization during my chemo and radiation treatment, despite four cancer doctors from Cedars Sinai agreeing that I needed to be checked into the hospital at the end of my treatment when I was desperately ill.
Scum bag bottom feeders. Drs who get paid to find reason to deny people services that they paid inflated premiums to receive.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
