Dr. Gonsalves is a wonderful Physician who is both caring and knowledgeable. I always feel secure and comfortable during procedure. I have a procedure done every 10 to twelve weeks and she put me at ease with her pleasant maner. Also the nurses at Jefferson are wonderful and helpful
