Yesterday was a great visit. Very efficient, in and out relatively quickly. After surgery, radiation and immunotherapy I don’t know what I’d do without doctors Shields and Lally.

I didn't know what to expect at first as I was quite concerned as to what the diagnosis would be. Everyone at the center treated me with respect and patience. Especially with all the questions I had. I will need surgery but that's another matter. Thank you.

Wonderful people professionalism and compassion. Effective and efficient system to get so many people seen. Take some time there, it's a 4 to 8 hour visit.. bring snacks or hit the wawa there

My visit was with Dr Lally. It was to be an in person visit but was told upon arrival it was changed to telemedicine. My visit was timely. The staff was communicative, extremely friendly, helpful, professional and efficient!

This is a great place. Everyone that we came in contact with was extremely respectful, helpful, experienced and professional. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They also were ready to answer any questions that we had . I would recommend them to anyone experiencing any serious vision issues.

The entire staff is very impressive. I was amazed at the rapid progression of test after test with nearly no long periods of waiting except for one instance of a specialist who was not on campus until later. The staff was informative and friendly easing the concerns of my condition.

My only complaint about Wills Eye is the Incredibly long wait time. I was there for 6 hours yesterday. I appreciate fact that Dr. Shields literally saved my life and would never go anywhere else, after traveling 2 hours for appointment, it is difficult to be at office so long. Think scheduling to be addressed.
