I recently visited City Optohomology, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The office was not only clean but also had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to my needs from the moment I walked in. What impressed me the most was the perfect wait time – I didn't have to wait for too long, and everything seemed to run on point. Throughout my visit, I never felt uncomfortable or judged; the staff made sure I was at ease. Dr. Vincent LAM was an absolute professional. He took the time to listen to all my needs and concerns, providing thorough and thoughtful answers. His expertise was evident, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. I would give City Optohomology a solid 10 out of 10. It's a place that values its patients, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of eye care services. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive one!

I could not be happier with Dr. Lam and his service. After years of being told my vision was just getting worse and there was nothing that could be done, he determined I had cataracts. He performed the surgery to both my eyes within one month of each other and now I see better than I ever have. After having my last pair of glasses looking like bottle caps I consider this my little miracle. And not only is Dr. Lam a complete professional but so is his entire staff. His office personnel is professional and extremely competent, not to mention they are very timely with their appointment schedules. They are also very diligent about taking Covid precautions very seriously. They thoroughly clean after every patient leaves. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lam and City Ophthalmology.

This was my first visit with Dr. Vincent Lam after Hahnemann Hospital closed. I was a little frightened, however Dr. Lam and staff made my transition very pleasant. I left the office feeling confident about my follow-up care.
