My journey started with scheduling an appointment, and Cheryl did an amazing job making everything happen so I could meet Dr. Cross despite his busy schedule. After consulting with several highly regarded doctors, I knew from my very first meeting with Dr. Cross that he was the one I could trust. My experience with Dr. Lyons and her entire team was and continues to be exceptional. From the first consult appointment to now, 1.5 year follow up appointments, I have felt completely heard and like I am an essential part of the planning and follow up. Dr Lyons provides realistic expectations for surgery, post op and overall results. Susie helped coordinate all appointments and was endlessly patient with my scheduling needs. Both Dr. L and Susie are prompt with emails and phone calls, no matter the issue or question. My relationship with the team did not end post-op or even at the one-year mark. We continue to communicate about scar management, and I have converted my other skin care to this office! Once you are cared for here, you feel part of a team and a family! Most of all, the end-to-end clinical care and results are incredible!

I’ve been seeing Robby Nelson for years, and he is truly one of the best medical aestheticians out there. I’ve had several treatments with him including HydraFacials, Salt Facials, and most recently the HALO + MOXI + BBL laser stack, and the results have been consistently incredible. Robby is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your skin goals. He explains every step, customizes each treatment, and makes sure you’re comfortable from start to finish. My skin has never looked better - brighter, smoother, and more even than ever. If you’re considering advanced skincare treatments or laser work, I can’t recommend Robby highly enough. He’s the best of the best.

My experience with Dr Lyons and Susan at Cross Medical was beyond exceptional. The entire process from consultation to payment/booking to the day of surgery and my follow-ups were made as easy on my part as humanly possible. All i had to do was pay my fee, and show up for my procedure. Surgery preparation and aftercare directions were simple and easy to follow and they provide you with the supplies you need for aftercare. ALL my questions no matter how large or small were taken care of. Dr Lyons is an absolute joy to work with.

Dr. Lyons gave me my body and confidence back! After 3 kids, including twins, my body was destroyed and I was so insecure about my abdomen.
