List of Daniel M. Geynisman's Reviews
To date, Dr. Geynisman has been not only up front with results if all tests in an expedient manner, he allows and takes time for the patient a family member to ask any and all questions needed , no matter how long it takes.. His kind and caring nature, showing empathy and compassion has been comforting in our difficult time.
Dr. Geynisman was/is my Oncologist for my cancer treatment over the past 2 years. I have found Dr. Geynisman to be very smart, kind and thoughtful over this period. My wife came loaded with a number of questions to most of our appointments and Dr. Geynisman listened closely and intently and answered all our questions in a thougthful, sensitive and honest manner. Dr. Geynisman worked very closely with my surgeon and it was clear from the first day that my care would be a coordinated effort doing what was best for me. Dr. always checked in on me while I was in the hospital. I would recommend Dr Geynisman to any family member or friend. He is the type of doctor we would all want when going through the challenges of cancer.
I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in February 2017. When my urologist told me, he had already set up an appointment at Fox Chase with oncologist Dr. Dan Geynisman. He highly recommended Dr. Dan as the doctor who would best help me through my journey. When we met with Dr. Dan a week later, he was very optimistic about my treatment which was just what I needed to hear. He explained everything in a very caring and concerning way. The small cell cancer I had in my bladder was rare and aggressive, but the chemotherapy treatment I was going to receive would "kill" it right away. After the treatments though, my bladder would have to be removed. During my chemotherapy treatments Dr. Dan would occasionally stop in the infusion room and check on how I was doing. Dr. Dan is a very compassionate doctor and his caring demeanor is very evident from the first time you meet him. Dr. Dan was "right on" with the chemotherapy treatment he prescribed for me and there were no signs of cancer by the time the treatments were completed. I have had scheduled follow up visits with Dr. Dan and he has been monitoring my scans and blood work very closely. I always feel good and am encouraged when I meet with Dr. Dan. He has been a big part of my story which I have shared with lots of people. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a journey with cancer. Thank You, Dr. Dan for all you have done for me. Doug Hartzell
Dr. Geynisman is an angel on earth. My husband was truly blessed to have been treated by him until his passing. He is very down to earth & made sure my husband was receiving the latest treatments & took a very personal interest in his condition. I have never met a Doctor like him before this. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to be treated for kidney cancer. He is up to date on all the latest treatments. We would not have had the extra time with my husband if it wasn't for him.
Dr. Geynisman has been my husband's oncologist for 1 1/2 years now, and he's always been very kind, straightforward, honest in answering hard questions, and his treatments have undoubtedly lengthened my husband's life. He listens carefully, takes all the time we need at appointments, and always calls back when my husband calls him between appointments, even if he can't return the call until the evening. He's excellent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
