I had an appointment with Dr. David Manoff today as a new patient for a second opinion referred by my cardiologist. I've been waiting for this app for a couple of months. At the hospital, we asked the security service where the pulmonology office was, and he directed us there. When we got there we waited for about 10 minutes for the lady at the front desk to get to us because she was busy with another patient. Unfortunately, it was actually a cardiology office, and she redirected us to the main entrance, where sent us to the pulmonology office. All this took about 20 minutes. Once we found the pulmonology office, we waited another 5 minutes in line to be seen by the front desk. As a result, I was late for the appointment by 15 minutes. The lady at the front desk went to ask the doctor if he could still see me and she told me that the doc couldn't see me because he was fully booked, and she offered me another appointment in March. It's very disappointing and I think it's unfair because I'm having trouble breathing after having covid 3 times that resulted in pneumonia .I would've made it to my appointment earlier had I been directed correctly to the right office .I think the doctor was unprofessional. This was the first and last visit to this office.
