Very cool and calm about whole situation and willing to listen. Trying all other methods before invasive methods which I appreciate.

She's nice when you see her, but a two-month-long itch didn't bother her at all. (It bothers me, and can't be scratched in public.) She gave me one thing to try per visit. The first ointment I kept applying for ten days, before I researched online to find out it should have worked immediately, and it will discolor skin over long use. Then came OTC meds and creams I told her I tried, but she told me to stop using. Another wasted four weeks. And last time she promised me an ointment, but nothing came of it, except another appointment scheduled. Don't bother calling, because there is only a 25% chance of it getting to her, and then 50-50, if she'll call back. Four months later, and itch is still there.
