I am a Caucasian female who was referred to this practice by two long standing Caucasian patients. Big mistake! This office is the most offensive, racist, and discriminatory office I have ever set foot into. I was personally assured by Dr. Wardlaw that if I scheduled an appointment with her I would not be treated how I was over the phone by her receptionists. WRONG! I was flat out refused and told by her staff she would not see me because I was a self paying patient. Dr. Wardlaw knew I was self paying before I was put on the schedule. My credit cards were not run, a check was not asked for, I was simply told I can’t be seen by the doctor. The way I was treated in the waiting room versus the way the African American woman was treated was unspeakably shocking and disgusting. It is 2023, no matter a persons skin color, we all have the same needs, wants, and concerns. This office does not seem to understand that. I am outraged, disgusted and still in need of heath care. If you are Caucasian, this may not be for you.

First time visiting Dr. Wardlaw, I felt at ease with her. DocDelana is very knowledgeable. She has an inviting and charismatic personality. I’m very pleased with her services.

Very disappointed by the follow up protocols for this office/doctor. I have to follow up for test results for lab work that happened a month ago. Computer equipment is always "down" and receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Will be seeing another physician soon.

Because of recent bad experiences with doctors , I had lost all faith in them. But it was recommended that I change my PCP. I am so glad I did. Dr Wardlaw restored my faith. She was so caring and kind. She took the time to listen to my issues. I highly recommend her!!!

The Staff Is Unprofessional, A Family Member And I Both See Her, My Family Member Has Send Her Multiple Massages On The Portal, Phone Calls By Her Care Taker, Even The Coordinator Called No Responded What So Ever!!

She is a doctor who acts like a caring sister she not only listen to personal things going on in your life gives advice and when you not doing what you should be doing medically she gets on you in a loving caring way the best.!!!
