Unfortunately, I am giving Dr. Cronin 1 star. I went to Dr. Cronin with the hopes of not being dismissed as previous Drs have done. Dr. Cronin gave me a monitor to wear as I did. The results indicated what I believe to be potentially serious, however, it took a week of phone calls just to get dr C to call me back. I was told by the receptionist the he was “busy” with Fellowship Interviews all week! Understandable, but as a Dr……. He should still be checking messages and following up with patients. When he finally did call me back (at 9:00 PM) he was exhausted and completely NOT focused on my monitor results. It appeared to me that he was reviewing them (for the first time)as he was on the phone with me! Then he asked me to explain to him what I was concerned with!!!!!!!! This wasn’t acceptable at all. He never went over the specific findings, never input the details of the phone conversation in my patent portal, and unfortunately I feel as though I was dismissed again!!! However he did recommend an EKG and also stated that he thinks the EKG won’t show any reason for my symptoms, then I never heard back from him. I sent him another message through my portal asking him to go over my results with me again, but as far as I know he hasn’t even read the message. I didn’t go for the EKG because i want a Dr that will listen. I’ll go somewhere else and hopefully the next one will help. This is not how Drs should treat their patients. Whether the issue is big or small, it’s still important to the patient.
Nasty to his staff

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
