An hour before my scheduled appointment Dr. DaVeiga cancelled it. I was told I would get a second call to reschedule from Temple Health which never happened. I scheduled another appointment. Dr. DaVeiga missed the appointment and I was never contacted about why. 2 months later the staff at Temple health contacted me about the appointment. They were unprofessional, rude, and hung up on me.

I have been a patient of Dr. DaVeiga for many years and I’m so sorry to see him go. He was, without a doubt, the most caring doctor that I’ve had over the years. Being a nurse for 37+ years, I am very picky when it comes to my doctor. He actually listened to his patient (me) and genuinely cared. Abington has lost a great MD and I have lost a great primary care physician.

I've been a patient since 2017 and I have and will continue to recommend Dr Da Veiga to everyone I know. He has been and still is the absolute best Internist I have ever had. He listens intently, does not assume anything, has the patience of a saint, and is "up to snuff" on everything. Even in the most troubling times.
