Best practice ever, Dr. Gelman is incredibly knowledgeable and is helping me during this difficult time of a Brain Injury recovery. I would recommend her to anyone who has a serious neurology condition.
Horrible I have been coming here for several years and this place has completely went down hill . It's a high turn over of doctors and the front desk office staff is rude and very disorganized and gossiops too much . You basically have to play phone tag with them to get a appointment even for established patients . And if you are relying on them to do a pior authorization for you then good luck often times its completed wrong or they did not provide the insurance with the information they asked for .This department needs to be shut down and removed from einstein patients deserve better. I will be continuing my care somewhere else
I got my referral to see a neurologist. I have epilepsy and frequent ongoing migraines. I called the office during open hours and received a response from the answering service. The person told me they could leave a message for me but I’m not guaranteed to “get a call back” and said she would be honest and that the office rarely ever answers. I have never received any call back. Migraines are getting worse and need to find another neurology department. Literally seems impossible.
Absolutely AWFUL. I never have had such a difficult time working with healthcare specialists. I scheduled with them after a seizure because they could get me in the fastest and it was a huge mistake. Their office is poorly run, and trying to navigate everything I needed to do after having my seizure was made so much more difficult because of them. I have only seen the neurologist once, and maybe the doctors don’t know how terribly their office is run, but I am truly going to be filing a formal complaints because of it.
Been waiting for a month for an authorization number to get an MRI I have a penal gland cyst and this office been giving me the run around my neurologist was awesome the receptionist very unprofessional and rude time to go somewhere else ..smh
Person on phone taking appointments was extremely rude
Dr. Undavia dismissed my autonomic dysfunction symptoms as anxiety and refused to see me again until I saw my psychiatrist who I already saw on a regular basis. Thankfully my psychiatrist referred me to cardiology where I was able to get a correct diagnosis 6 months later. When I asked the neurology department to change providers they refused, saying that that wasn't grounds for seeing a different neurologist.

BTW, both neurologists and cardiologists should be able to correctly diagnose autonomic dysfunction.

Also an fyi this took place 4/5 years ago, and I'm not sure if she's still at this practice.
Dr. Kim & Dr. Hammer cared & help out with my child's current situation. Thank you
The receptionist is rude and never give me an appointment when I had the referral to see a Neurology Doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
