this clinic is currently holding my mother's physical paperwork hostage. she needs surgery and all I am getting is the runaround.

With this review I am evaluating the Doctor not the office. The waiting time is a little bit too much but she takes the time to do the exam carefully and talk about your concerns, my experience has been good and I think the waiting is worth it. Customer service (front counter) can improve.
