I had a terrible experience with Dr. Derham. No bedside manners. When a question was raised by me, she vocalized that it was irrelevant and nothing I, as a patient could or can do to improve my condition.

I had to make and emergency appointment with Galiani Associates. They saw me within 1 hr. I was initially seen by Dr. Galiani who turned my difficult urgent situation over to Dr. Derham who's specialty is Cornea's. Being an unscheduled emergency patient, she was thorough, spent quality time educating me with my situation and course of treatment. I was followed daily for one week. She is a great addition to Dr. Galiani's practice!

Satisfied with the clinical practice but the front and back office staff seem out of sync. The last 3 times I have been in the office for a scheduled I have waited up to an hour to see the MD. Unacceptable!
