The worst. Had appointment on 731 to get tested for sleep apnea. Never heard from office again. I called in October and was told I was on the list to be tested. Called agin on 114 was told I need to get precert. I am in afib waiting for cardio version after treatment of sleep apnea. Now will go to a doctor who cares

Had initial virtual appointment on 73120. It is now 11620. Dr. said her office would be in touch about testing. Never received a call from them. I called in October the office said I was on list. Now I called yesterday and the office said I needed a precert from my insurance. I am in afib awaiting another cardioversion after my sleep apnea is under control. I will be seeking another physicians practice who actually care about their patients.

Correctly interpreted my test data explained it well and quickly prescribed a remedy that has worked for me. I recommend her and the person she uses to provide the CPAP machine.

Dr. Epelboim was my second sleep doc the first having been horrible. It was not terribly difficult to get an appt. and the wait in the office was minimal. She asked all the right questions and eased any concerns I may have had. Such a difference from my last sleep doc whose waiting room was a mess with 1.5 hour waits typical. A refreshing visit.
