Dr. Horwitz is an outstanding doctor. I just finished my second round of radiation with him--1st was successful about 8 years ago. He and his team do a great job. He is very professional and keeps patients well-informed on what is going on. So happy he is my radiation oncologist

I was anxious due to my prostrate cancer diagnosis when I met Dr Horwitz. His pleasant demeanor and gregarious personality quickly relieved me of my fears. He explained the different options available to me and followed up with detailed printed copies of all the options available. I chose the five radiation treatments. The treatments were fast and I did not have any side effects from the treatments. He followed up that he was readily available if I had any concerns after my treatment. I highly recommend Dr Horwitz. He is excellent.

Dr. Horwitz treated my Prostate cancer with Brachytherapy HDR procedure in 2018 and my prostate cancer is completely treated and gone. This is the best procedure among many options available. Dr. Horwitz has cared for me for the last four years. He is the best doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Horwitz for treatment and care for the cancer. He is very knowledgeable, personable, pays attention to the patient's concerns, and explains everything. His staff is very courteous. I have been extremely satisfied with the treatment and care by Dr. Horwitz team at Fox Chase Cance Center.

It has been 9 months since my treatment and my opinion of Dr. Horwitz is only how happy I have been with my care and results. After being diagnosed with prostate cancer I went to 6 different specialists. Dr. Horwitz was my last appointment due to scheduling. The prognosis for the first 5 doctors gave me a similar negative feeling. When I saw Dr. Horwitz he wasn't content to agree with everyone else. He immediately did an MRI that confirmed his opinion after all the other doctors based their opinions on one inaccurate test I had received. Once he recognized my condition the recommended HDR procedure was scheduled quickly. Dr. Horwitz's explanations of procedure, preparation, and side effects were all accurate. His persistence in gathering accurate facts was most valuable in treating me. Dr. Horwitz had a very calming demeanor prior to each of my treatments and I never felt rushed even though he is a busy man with many demands put upon him.

Absolutely one of the nicest guys/Dr's I have ever come across. Genuinely cares for his patients, ill never forget what he did for me back when i had a tumor in my brain, now under his treatment for cancer now and im only 31 years old. Truly a god send.
