Thankful for a kind experience.
Not sure how the reviews are so good. I stopped by today because since December I have been trying to schedule an appointment online and never recieved a call back. So I stopped by to schedule one in person and I walked in to a woman sitting behind the computer. I stood there for 10 minutes and was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED! I left and took that as a sign to go else where. Not to mention the condition of the practice was horrible in person.
Helping people is good. Health services. A+
Booked an annual exam appointment on HER website for 10am on a Saturday. I arrive and had to do a double take because the house looks abandoned, but she has two signs on the property so proceed to the door. It's locked. Ring the doorbell. No answer. Call the front desk and get voicemail. Call back and decide to use the call the doctor on call feature to reach Dr. Partridge directly. Get her voicemail. She calls back while I'm walking around the building and I miss the call. I call back and she answers just saying "hello! Hello? I'm at a seminar" I explain the situation and she's apologetic but then informs me she's only doing Telehealth appointments. Cool... how does one conduct a well visit using telemedicine? She also informed me I need to use ZocDoc for my appointments... why did I get multiple texts confirming the appointment then? I will not be rebooking my appointment and the search for a black woman primary doctor continues.
I took my mother to Dr. Partridge back in May of this year for abdominal pain and she gave her some medication that didn't work, went back to her in August and she sent her to a GI doctor. I called the office and my mother went there because the medication she gave her is not working and the GI doctor scheduled an appointment at the end of the month. They gave her a appointment on Friday. The office called her on Thursday and stated because of my mother's insurance card didn't have the doctor's name on the they couldn't get paid so they would have to cancel the appointment. I am now in the ER with my mother now and she is in so much pain. What is this world coming to that you doctor won't see because of a name on a card. FATHER IN HEAVEN HELP US!!!!
The staff and Dr. Partridge are kind, compassionate and really caring they go out of the way for there patients. I Love this place and would recommend it to anyone who needs a Excellent Doctor!!!!
She good doctor
I needed a physical and lab work done for school paperwork. Sounds easy enough, right? When I got to her office for my first appointment I was told that the doctor didn't show up and cancelled all her appointments. The second appointment was made for 11am a week after. I waited until 2pm to be seen by the doctor just for her to hand me a lab slip to get my labs drawn at lab corps. She told me I needed a third appointment to pick up the completed paperwork. On my third visit I got there at 10am. At 12pm I was called back into her office and had to wait for about another hour. She then barged into the room and asked me to pull up my shirt. I reminded her that I was only there to pick up my paperwork. She leaves the room and tells the receptionist to get me my paperwork. Surprise surprise, my paperwork is lost. After about thirty minutes they tell me that the paperwork was at least scanned into their system but the printer is broken. I decide to return the next day to pick it up. I am told that my paperwork was printed but upon filling it out they realized that they needed to print out a copy of my labs but waitttt their system is down. I currently work in an emergency room where most of the patients come in because they don't have primary care physicians and this experience has given me some insight into why our healthcare system is so broken. It's either you have to wait 30 days to see a PCP or you have to deal with the hours long waits, unprofessionalism, and disorganization that I witnessed at this practice. P.s I am yet to receive my documents
I am currently a patient with Dr. Partridge. She is by far one of the best doctors I've had. She doesn't hesitate to take the extra step to make sure your needs are met. She is a very thorough Dr. I absolutely recommend her. Thank you E. Brown
Incompetent staff ,late inconvenience to patients will not recommend at all worst experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
