What an awful experience. I went in to be seen and Dr. Scott was blasting music when coming into the exam room. He didn't even let me get a word in and just said we are doing X, Y, Z and then left. Didn't ask me if I had any questions or anything. What kind of doctor does that? I guess one who has 40 years experience and doesn't allow anyone to get a word in edge wise. He made sure to let me know he's been doing this for 40 years but failed to explain to me how to properly manage my pain. I went in for a routine procedure and left with unbearable, excruciating pain. If you want more issues after receiving treatment, then you can come here. If you don't, then avoid at all costs. Worst dental experience ever. Not sure how he even has a license but it 100% needs to be revoked.

The customer service here was amazing so welcoming so professional , almost relaxing. I came for the removal of 4 wisdom teeth and the process was petty quick. I was able to schedule a follow up appointment within a week as well.

The front staff are very nice and professional. Dr Scott does a great job, he gets the job done. He doesn’t come off rude to me he’s just doing his job. I would highly recommend this office.

This provider's office is not well run. They reschedule with limited notice. They charge fees that they purposely hide initially. Do not use this oral surgeon

This was the worst dental experience I ever encountered. He totally cut my gums all up and broke my other tooth and knocked out the filling as well. Can reach him more did he check up on me afterwords. My dentist has to correct hmoverlcutting my gums and fix my broken tooth He has no remorse amd I'm still unable to won that side and 4 weeks out Stay away from that doctor.

Had 3 teeth removed. They give no narcotics after just ibu and Tylenol 3. The same i got for root canal a week earlier. Ill never go here again im in pain and bleeding and have to go to work. Please ask the dentist what medication they give before getting surgery.

Talk to Scott has the best oral surgeon... I love him and Mom loves him (Barbara Campbell)...And I send everybody to him

Very poor customer service at the front desk area. A bunch of young ladies cackling and gossiping listening to music and singing while the phones were ringing off the hook. I know see why when I called the office a few days before visiting I was placed on hold and promised a call back which I never received. Memo to Doctor Scott , stop hiring friends and relatives to be the face of your practice. Most unprofessional doctors/dental office visit ive ever experienced. Memo to future patient , this practice used to be located in the Mt Airy section of the city and has since moved to FtWashington PA in a office development. Good luck finding it...smdh..

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted in 2017. After the surgery, I had complete loss of feeling/parenthesis/discomfort/numbness in my left lower lip, gums and chin. When I mentioned this at a follow up visit, the dentist immediately got defensive and stated “yeah well you knew this could’ve happened.” I was younger at the time and taken aback by how he responded so I let it go but looking back on it I should’ve taken more steps on doing something about it. 4 years later and I still have numbness and tingling in that area that will likely never resolve. I know sometimes surgery may cause complications but maybe if I had been given better advice I would’ve had more options or possibly been able to repair the now permanent nerve damage.

PLEASE!!!!! DO NOT USE HIM!!!! I AM STILL IN PAIN FROM WHEN HE PULLED MY TEETH 2MONTHS AGO. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE, WHEN THEY SAID THIS MAN IS COLD AS ICE. I TRIED TO CALL ABOUT THE PAIN I WAS IN AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS. RUN FROM THIS ORAL SURGEON. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ HIS REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT TO HIM.
