First visit I was provided a video introduction of poor quality on an iphone. Since, I have not had any contact with him as a doctor. Office is small and staff seems to have difficulty in understanding basic questions and or directions. During the Covid peak, guarded prisoners' were in the waiting room with NO masks. First visit seen him, but next office visit a medical student seen me & he went over all my medical tests results that came back that Dr Capone ordered, after he left room another person came in a Dr of some sort and he also went over the the test results. The whole time there i didn't even see Dr Capone, when i choose a Dr to start going to especially a cardiologist i expect to see that particular Dr, & not someone in training or another Dr. Because of that won't be going there again, but will find another heart Dr.

De Capone and his team are amazing! I was in and out of the hospital for two weeks getting told I was healthy and need a shrink, de Capone and his team finally gave me relief and figured out what was wrong! My children and I can’t thank you enough dr Capone and his team.

All talk, no action. He didn't follow up with my care like he said he would. I left him messages and his nurse is just as irresponsible

Even though he was a nice doctor who listened to me, I never got the follow up I needed from him or the office was unresponsive. I quit after trying multiple times. It was like he was all talk with no action...

He is either late or not coming in. Staff makes excuses for him. I saw him once and he sent me for a catheterization and the follow up was done by one of his nurses. His waiting room is stacked up with folks waiting for him to show up.

Every time I come to his office we wait over an hour with no explanation. Today he walked into the office an hour after we were scheduled to see him with no explanation or apology.
