Contact number on google never works! Its very frustrating. Getting to schedule an appointment shouldnt be this hard. Temple doesnt care about their patients. They are never there for you when you need them.
I had a very bad experience. Condescension and gaslighting. I left in worse shape than when I arrived. I told 3 different staff members that I was only there to talk about managing my perimenopause symptoms, NOT for an exam, and then was still told to get undressed and put a gown on. That was the first red flag. I stayed dressed. I was at the facility for 40 minutes before I saw the doctor. She asks what brought me in, and I tell her all of the reasons my hormones are ruining my life. The second question was about my PCP. I don't have one, and she said she wasn't comfortable treating me without me seeing a PCP and a GI doctor, and the reasons why. So that was the end of the conversation for me. Basically, come back when 2 other doctors say it's your hormones, and then we'll treat your hormones. I got upset and went to leave, since I wasn't going to be helped and already wasted an hour of my work day (and also wasted a month suffering while waiting for the appointment). Instead of letting me leave, she argued about how she "never said" she wouldn't help me, but was still not offering to help me and we were talking in circles, so I went to leave again. Then she said "I don't know why you're so angry", and that was the last straw, because it was literally one of the symptoms I listed, and obviously I wasn't being heard. I said it's because of MY HORMONES, and I walked out and had an anxiety attack in the parking lot.
Outstanding Doctor of integrity and compassion. An extremely rare find. Dr Sullivan does not just follow "marching orders" or go by "the book" no matter what, but rather by what the patient is saying, what the patient is actually experiencing, and what SHE discovers via a very thorough examination. She is not just a Doctor or Surgeon, but also an educator who teaches her patients as well as the students whom she serves as a Professor. She then gives the complete, unbiased, expert evaluation of an expertly experienced physician. Her office staff was professional and personable as well. My wife and I cannot recommend Dr. Sullivan more highly, as she finally allowed us to dispel the myths, get to the truth, and finally come up with solutions and recommendations that will work for us!
She preformed my hystercomy wonderful job
Doctor Sullivan Gail is the best she always takes her time with you and explain everything with you. She makes you feel very welcome and comfortable.
Dr Sullivan is the most amazing human being Dr on the planet.
Dr. Sullivan is gentle, understanding and a terrific Doctor! I am very grateful I found her!
I was sick and went into the emergency room. I didnt know what was happening and was very scared but she promised to take care of me. From this day on she has provided excellent service!
I have been a patient for 10 years, never had any problems. I just went for my annuals. Then in October 2019, I went 10 months after my last annual gynecological because I wanted my annual gynecological exam, PLUS I was having a problem in my pelvis area. I felt cramps all the time & I'm 62. The doctor was not concerned because I wasn't bleeding. I asked her if she can order my routine blood tests so when I see my general practitioner in January she would have the results, she said no. I travel ten months out of the year, so when I am in Philadelphia it's important I see as many doctors & get as many tests completed, so that I stay healthy. I explained my situation, traveling, no she said. If doctors don't listen to your concerns, what are patients to do? Especially if you've never complained before, in ten years. Didn't I pay for her time & concern? A cancer was diagnosed, when I went to my general practitioner in January's appointment.
Dr. Gail Sullivan is an amazing doctor, I have Aspergers which is High Fuctioning Autism, I have touch sensitivity and Dr. Gail is the best for me. Dr. Gail takes her time, and walks you throu each step that she has to do, she is also very informative. I had a friend who way OB-GYN shy, because she had bad experiences, I told her about Dr. Gail and I seen for myself that she is good with another person. My friend asked me to come and hold her hand because she was so OB-GYN shy to the point of tear but I told my friend she was the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
