Zhenya Bolotin is not about humanity, only Galina Prevotski is good there. Others I've known are rude and unprofessional when it's about checking kids. They are always nervous on kids because they cry, like it's so unexpected when you work with kids.

Called to make a new patient appointment for my daughter as per the direction of my insurance provider. The receptionist answered and I informed her that I was instructed to call as my insurance card states that they are my pcp.I was again told they were not accepting patients. Terribly rude and unprofessional.
