I have been going to Doctor Lanoce for more than 15 years, best doc ever

While in office he is okay. My 1st visit was not exactly what I expected. He assumed by age I would be perfectly healthy and it would be fast (actually said this without looking at me). He obviously did not take the time to look over my major medical history (I was a patient of Johanna Moore in the office before she left. She was absolutely marvelous I was then assigned to him). I was actually there for a week after follow up from brain surgery and er visit due to surgery. Finally got into medical history and everything changed. Next visit he seemed very attentive and listened. Fast forward I had written 3 patient portals over a 3 weeks for same issue with no message or call (tried calling either busy signal or closed message). Today 4 weeks later showed up asked if anyone is reading patient portals as I have never had this issue with Johanna. They wrote him a message said I would be called. Still nothing.

1st appointment with Dr LaNoce. He’s exactly what I was hoping for. He listens! Asks good questions. And has a plan and goals to help me with pain and other issues. The office staff- Melissa, Joyce & Marisol, were all very nice. I left the office feeling heard & respected.

Best Doctor that I have ever had, knowledgeable, kind, good listener, beautiful energy, just an amazing human being that truly cares for his patients I am so grateful to have him as my primary doctor TOP TIER CARE!!! from him and his staff Thank You So Much Doctor Lanoce For Everything ❤️❤️❤️

The staff is horrible, they don't know what they doing...the doctor I don't know if he prescribed the medicine or not because the pharmacy say they never got, the office say the doctor send it...the staff needs to be educated and training how to do they job, they think we, the patient need them to make a favor to us... the doctor could be good, but that stuff is really horrible!!!

I've been a patient here for over a year. This is the best family practice I've ever been to. The doctors, nurses, assistance all of the staff really cares. They really go above and beyond to help their patients

Dr. Lanoce has been 100% awesome in many ways! He truly cares, places patient care above all else, goes beyond the norm, listens, problem-solves with you and gives great recommendations. Simply put; he is fantastic!!
