I scheduled an appointment for a possible knee injury. The staff confirmed the appointment with me two days prior. After taking off from work to come to the visit, the staff told me that Dr. Muller would not see me because I had seen a sports medicine doctor about my hip a week before. So instead of calling me and telling this, they had me take off from work and come in just to be told I won’t be seen. Wildly inconvenient as well as rude and thoughtless

Dr. Muller is a compassionate , caring physician who is extremely knowledgeable , and dedicated to the care of his patients. I would highly recommend him . Great office staff, Valerie is really amazing. Very clean, controlled environment so I have no worries there.

Dr Muller and his staff are wonderful people. They are kind, caring and understanding, especially when dealing with people in pain. I have been going to Dr Muller for years and have recommended him to family and friends. What an amazing doctor and his office staff, Val and Kelly are second to none. I love this place.

Dr Miller is awesome. He is currently treating me for knee trouble and he put my right ankle back together after I broke it in 3 places.

Is it really difficult to train the staff answering the phones to have proper etiquette? Cutting people off mid sentence, transferring people without telling the person you are transferring them to, not introducing yourself when answering the phone with anything accept "can i help you?" How about who you are? A modicum of assurance that I am even calling the right place? It's difficult to even properly rate how good a doctor is if the representatives leave you reluctant to even want to get that far.

D.r Muller is an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Muller listens to your concerns. I never feel rushed with him and he takes the time to answer your questions. HIs office is efficiently run. I highly recommend Dr. Muller.
