Today was my first and it surely will not be my last visit to Dr. Glenn Crawford’s office. I needed something removed for a biopsy. I found him very kind, competent and caring. And he LISTENS. He is very knowledgeable. His assistant, Bailey, is lovely, sweet and also caring.This was a very positive experience! I already recommended him to a couple of my friends.Judy

Does not listen To wife about her condition. Nice guy. Was really good in the past.

He terrified me about a simple proceedure so I decided he would not be the one to do it. Arrogant!

Cannot get through to the office. On hold recording I’ve tried to call for weeks and cannot get through. I sent recommended text, once able to leave a msg. No return call received. Awful service, doctor Crawford is good but not worth the aggravation,

Terrible. Dr was annoyed with the technician who couldn’t find a biopsy tray. He walked out of the room. The tray was misplaced by the cleaning people. He proceeded to take a biopsy a spot on my nose. Put a band aid on it. Got home took off the band aid and it was the wrong spot!! Few days latter I Got a call the biopsy was clean. Of course it was!! Come in for the dr to freeze the kerotosis. He will never see me again!!

Dr. Crawford and his PA, Christina, were a huge help in diagnosing and treating my condition. He took the time to explain what he thought was the problem in terms I understood. He also gave me a clear description of his treatment plan. On subsequent visits, Christina listened while I updated her on my symptoms. She had a warm, reassuring bedside manner that kept me focused on the treatments that were working. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dermatologists who will truly work with you to find the right treatment.

I had seen Dr. Crawford for an issue I had been dealing with for some time. He was very rushed during the appointment and sprinted out the door after about 2 minutes of talking with me. He was very vague in his explanations , would give me the time to ask questions and I had little clarity walking out of the appointment.

Be very careful when visiting this office. They are more concerned with your money than providing you care. The office will schedule follow-up appointments you don't need and then try to charge you $50 as a no-show. When contested, they told me to either pay or find another doctor.Just another example of medicine as a shrewd business rather than a compassionate endeavor. There are too many good doctors in this City to put up with these grubbers.

Amazing and friendly doctors! I felt comfortable the entire visit and the personalized follow-up was fantastic. I will be back for any future needs.

Not big on "bedside manner". I understand this doctor has received a ton of local awards and he's probably highly educated and overall good at the non-human-relations part of his job, but I visited him several times before leaving to seek other caregivers out of frustration. His holier-than-thou attitude and lack of kindness with patients is just not necessary.
