Good service

I ordered glasses in store in the morning around 10am. After looking online found I was being charged at least $300 more for the frames. I called same day to cancel the order in the afternoon around 5pm. The manager Victoria said the lenses were already being cut and that I would be charged $99 for their 20% restocking fee. When I came in next day to process my refund, I asked to see the lenses the manager claimed were already being cut. She said she threw them out last night. So there was no proof of production like she said was being done on the call and now there’s no proof of lenses that were actually being cut. So she lied and couldn’t provide any evidence. Mind you I have been a repeat customer and patient, having spent over $1000 at this location for several pairs of other glasses and eye exams. I am more outraged by the straight up lying to my face and the absurd fee when no production had actually been done yet as I was given an estimate of 11-14 days. I regret coming here. Do not come if you want to be overcharged and lied to.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this eyeglass store! From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Victoria, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. She was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She helped me to access additional insurance coverage I didn’t even know that I had. She truly knows her stuff. Josh was also wonderful to work with; professional, welcoming, and just as cheerfully pleasant throughout the process. On top of the amazing customer service, they have a very wide and impressive selection of eyeglasses. There are so many stylish and high-quality options to choose from, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of new glasses. Five stars all the way!

From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind — and that is 100% because of Victoria and Bre. Victoria and Bre went above and beyond in every possible way. They were patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt dismissive — they truly took their time and made sure everything was perfect. What stood out most was how intentional they were. They explained everything clearly, answered every question without attitude, and made the entire experience feel personal, not transactional. You can tell they actually care about the people they’re helping, and that makes a HUGE difference. Customer service like this is rare. Victoria and Bre are absolute gems — professional, warm, and genuinely exceptional at what they do. They are the reason I will be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know. Although the store was busy assisting other patients, we were checked in quickly as walk-ins for two people with no appointment. Tiffany, Victoria, and Kim made us feel very welcome and were knowledgeable, helping me choose glasses and lenses that best matched my preferences. Dr. Chau was kind and very thorough, taking the time to ensure my eyes were healthy and addressing all of my questions. Would recommend 👍

my experience was i was cornered in a polite way to upsell and add services as well as products that my insurance did not include such as a special eye scan . when I asked how that would benefit myself and my daughter the front desk staff could not explain that classic case of switch and bait and not paying attention to individual needs of each patient. Also when i made it clear what my budget was I was not kindly tolerated. it even went as bad with one of the front desk staff identified themselves as a nurse which I know is not true because that is a person with a different title that helps the optometrists do all the pre-screening I'm sure this location did not expect me to show up with 20 plus years of experience with all different type of eye doctors even the special ones that I can't pronounce. I just wanted to put this place on blast for trying to scam and get almost $150 extra from me just to give me designer frames. and then to top it off once my daughter and I got our prescriptions they were incorrect thank goodness the insurance company was cooperative and helping us reconcile the benefits and being able to get the correct glasses I went in person to try to resolve this issue and I was only met with ignorance and false accusations buyer beware

Terrible costumer service. The lady was very rude and they don’t seem to care about you other than for your money. Besides the terrible experience when ordering my glasses, I showed up 10 mins before they open so I knocked on the glass and the lady came over already with a shitty attitude and when i ask her if it was possible to just hand me my glasses she was very aggressive and ignorant. More of their staff behaved very rude and with attitudes. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you wanna deal with entitled women.
