Went in to this shop earlier today because a screw had fallen out of my eyeglasses, and Jessica fixed the problem in a few minutes. When I asked how much for the repair, she waved me away. That's the kind of customer service about smaller stuff that makes people want to bring their bigger and on-going business to support such a friendly and wonderful place!

I popped in here to switch a set of lenses from an old pair of glasses to a new frame. Jessica did it very quickly and was very sweet! I was in and out in about 10 minutes! 10/10 recommend!

As a visiting out-of-towner, I thought I had destroyed my Lindbergs when I tripped on a manhole cover in a Philadelphia crosswalk (walkers beware!!) and flattened my nose pad and right ear stem (and blackened my eye). But, behold!! InnerVision was around the corner with expert service and fixed my glasses the next day in five minutes!! No charge! I LOVE my Lindbergs: light as a feather, almost invisible, and nearly indestructible (I'm proof)---if I lived in Philly, InnerVision would be my go to store.

Highly recommend this independently owned optometrist and eyewear shop! Worked with my insurance to get me the exam and Rx I needed and to find great quality frames at a competitive price! Happy to replace my big box store experience with this one!
