very rude front desk. they just ignore you

Stay away from dr.Joukova office. This doctor constantly disrespectful of the patient time. You always will be wait there more than one hour and you will see how unprofessionally dr. joukova yelling on her front desk staff. Don't be surprised, she is raising her voice on her patients too. She is very rude, looks like she hate people around her.

Not detailed attendance for the patient care and service They did just blood pressure and weights evaluation but treating it like a full doctors appointment, Not quite qualified enough place to be based on 25 years experience with other doctors offices visits

Very unprofessional and rude, not just the assistant, but the Dr as well. Be advised, if you will ever need a letter from them with your medical history be ready to: wait a month, send several requests and call multiple times. In the end, the "doctor" going to yell at you, and blame you for everything!!! DO NOT recommend it!!!!

My office had extremely unpleasant experience with this place. Dr as well as her assistants are rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend to ever use their services.

Does any one in the office ever pick up the phone? Finnally phone was picked up. The front desk in the office is so ridiculous! Cannot believe that now a days people can hire so poor knowledgeable staff.

She is my grandmather s primary doctor. Always professional knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk is also knowledgeable helpful and courteous. I recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service since 20019. I'm blessed that fact I have privilege to get into such great specialist as Irine Joukova. There , in the office so many options to get high qualify tests and checking, that you not soupost to go to another place or specialist,'cause you will be served in one place only– Doctor Joukova beautiful office with just great and smiling all the time staff!
