My experience with this doctor was disappointing when my father needed the “Dr. Macdonald” to create a plan to control his blood pressure he frequently passed out (was without medication) and ended up in the hospital several times this doctor never did anything for my father It will improve your situation. As a family we keep a daily record of his blood pressure so that the "Dr" would have it as a reference and when he takes him to the appointment he leaves it in my hands that I don't even turn to look at the note out of courtesy, because his opinion is important but that of the family also since they are what live with the patient 24/7 and can see the changes, because not only the opinion of the Dr can be good and valid because the patient lasts 20 minutes in a consultation, the patient's family They are the ones who can give you details and evidence (of the frequent hospitalizations that occurred) and serve as a reference to help you create a plan for that patient. We changed cardiologists and my father has never returned to an emergency or fainted again. Another important point of this "Dr." If you need to contact him, you will never get an answer from him or from the office, even if you call several times or write to him through the hospital app, they will never answer you. There are too many good cardiologists who empathize with the patient to be with a "Dr" who sees his patient with a higher $.
Dr. McDonald is great. He listens... explains things to make you understand and he's just the greatest.
Very nice staff and DR McDonald is the best
Not very happy you leave an 80+ year old man with heart problems standing in the 90 degree heat and humidity after parking his car and walking around the block? I understand about the virus but have some consideration for the poor sick people! This is totally uncalled for!! Now you have sent my uncle a letter and will no longer see him?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
