From start to finish, the service was attentive, expedient, and outstanding! It was busy when I went early in the morning, a sign that many patients are happily being attended here. Dr. Hsu and staff were thorough and made the whole examination experience a breeze. The information and feedback I got was relayed in a direct, easy-to-follow manner: I could not ask for more!

First of all I had to postpone my appointment several times bc of different issues. Staff was very pleasant. The day came when my appt was and the medical transport I had scheduled (nothing to do with Mid-Lantic Retina) was very uncooperative and advised me that they would be late. I called your office and the staff again was most cooperative. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces. Check in staff were pleasant and explained check in very clearly. A few minutes later, I was called in for a procedure again by a very pleasant professional. She explained everything she did and that part of the initial exam was was professional and pleasant. I was told to wait for thepart of the exam where my eyes were measured. Again a professional staff member explained her part of the procedure with patience and pleasantries. Not more than a few minutes I was called in to see Dr. Jason Hsu and my exam was finished in the most professional and pleasant way.

What a wonderful experience! From the minute we walked in the door until we left, we can't say enough good things. The staff was awesome, very caring, kind, extremely thorough, totally professional. We wish all doctors were as good at what they do as Dr. Hsu. He explained everything he was doing in simple to understand terms. We'd go back to him in a heartbeat!

Came for a 2nd opinion for a serious problem that was misdiagnosed. Dr. Hsu was my choice as we both share Penn education, he is a true expert and a really thorough attentive clinician, we are very grateful (my mother was the patient) for his expertise.

Very calming and confident with all who tested me and exceptionally confident with Dr Hsu. From the moment I met him I didn’t feel nervous anymore. Dr Hsu, after my examination knew immediately what my problem was,He explained clearly what was happening .Whereas another eye physician had no idea what was wrong. This was my first visit to the practice. The office was efficiently run and professional. Dr. Hsu was very thorough and explained everything in a way that a lay person could understand. I was also given an information sheet detailing my condition, which reiterated everything the doctor explained.
