Dr Liu is a kind, caring person in addition to being a very competent and excellent surgeon. His approach is friendly, concerned and just plain nice. My husband needs to be transported by a outside company and Dr. Liu and his staff would listen to my concerns about timing his appointments and surgery and would be as accommodating as possible. We were always able to get it worked out best for both of us. That made going to his appointments so much easier. My husband and I truly appreciate the effort Dr. Liu's staff put into helping us, especially Brittany. Thank you Dr Liu for your care, concern and expertise in taking care of my husband. I would highly recommend Dr. Liu for any ENT concerns that one might have.

Having large nodules on both sides of my thyroid I was referred to Dr. Liu. I was given several choices on how to proceed, with the final decision being mine. After discussing each option with Dr. Liu I made the decision to have a total thyroidectomy. Dr. Liu was extremely sensitive and compassionate. He is an excellent surgeon. I have complete faith in him!

Dr Liu first saw me in June of 2016 for a lump on my parotid gland. He watched it for several month to see if it changed in shape or size, he did a biopsy, and we did an MRI. Again we waited, and watched for changes, to discussed options, such as surgery and all the risks and we finally, 20 months later, agreed to go forward with the surgery, dr Liu performed the parotidectomy on, Feb 2017. It was the right and best decision. I felt good about having dr Liu as my surgeon and today i have no regrets and no longer have to worry about that tumor becoming cancerous. Thank you for an excellent job done Dr Liu, and thank you for going out of your way to help me through the recovery process, and for being there for me when I needed you! Carol
