I have been seeing Dr Pilchman for many years. He is listens to your complaints and resolves your issues. Always available to discuss any problems. His nurse, Cheryl is the best in the business, compassionate and caring and she too, will do all possible to resolve your issue.

You want arrogance, condescending and a doc who does not take a second to look at your chart. The guy is very odd..Asked "Who sent you?" He ordered tests and we were to go over them in an office visit. His office never followed through. The doc asks me "Did they find anything?" One of the most egotistical and lazy docs I have enountered in a long long time.

Procedure was fine by doctor but Staff at surgical center at Aria was rude and badgered me for my co-pay just prior to the procedure. After procedure they left me waiting for 25 minutes and never told my wife that my procedure was done and l was ready to leave. Just by accident my wife saw me waiting in back as she went to the bathroom. I am never going back to this rude office.
