The doctor herself was very nice and professional. If she had competent and caring staff, it would be five stars. However, a one hour wait for a simple procedure when there was one person in front of me was not okay. Especially when they allow the previous patient’s spouse to listen to music and videos for the entire hour despite multiple requests for them to have him turn it off. Instead of doing so, they allowed me to wait down the hall as an appropriate solution. I also made it clear after 20 minutes that I had to be out by a certain time. They said I definitely would be. They assured up until 10 minutes before I had to leave and I still wasn't in that I would be done in time. Then they had the balls to ask when I wanted to reschedule for. As if I have multiple days to throw away sitting in a waiting room. Everything about this experience was exactly how not to treat a patient at an OB/GYN practice. Update: They sent me a bill for the visit I walked out of and didn't enter my insurance information right for my first visit, so I received an enormous bill for a regular visit. Her office staff is completely useless.

Will never go to her again i went to the emergency room due to a bad uti found out i was pregnant the same day i went i called her about a week later due to still having the uti but was also spotting i told her i am in pain she kept telling me oh no I’m not worried about it, i knew something was wrong and she just kept reassuring me everything was ok, i went in for a week check just to find out i had miscarried. I will never go to her again! Feel like if she listened to my concern this maybe would of ended differently.
