Joel D. Glickman's Online Review Report Card

He has proven to be utterly misinformed when it comes to masks. The latest systemic review, which is published on CDC website, has concluded that there is NO evidence that masks nor hand hygiene can work against influenza or influenza-like transmission. CDC also did not recommend universal mask wearing early last year. Even though CDC later changed their position, they failed to present evidence to counter that systemic review, which kills their credibility. Every "public health authority" that did this has shown itself to be compromised and untrustworthy. There is already evidence that masks do more harm than good. They can cause hypoxia, hypercapnia, mask mouth and bacterial pneumonia. Hypoxia can lower our immunity, making us more vulnerable to infections. He claims that the studies say masks "work" without evidence. What nonsense! There is no peer-reviewed study, especially randomly controlled trial study, nor evidence that counter the latest systemic review. Medical journal is full of garbage, where there are so many studies, especially low-level observational studies, going in different directions and bad papers. He also resorts to bullying, which is counter-productive and leads to terrible consequences. He has no respect for other people's medical choices nor their conditions. How can this "doctor" be this incompetent and rude when non-doctors can research this stuff themselves? When he coerces others to, whether knowingly or unknowingly, harm themselves and harasses them, he disregards the Hippocratic Oath and ceases to be a doctor. Every day, every hour he keeps on wearing a mask and virtue signals, he gets stupider (hypoxia can lead to decrease in brain cells and they can never be replaced). It sounds like he needs help himself. Newsflash: There is NO real medical pandemic! It is all a hoax with unfounded hysteria. If he is so afraid of the rebranded flu or any other viruses, logically, he should stay home and let non-mask wearers be free without fear. If he thinks being within 6 feet of others can kill him, which there is no science for that, then he lacks understanding of immunity. He doesn't understand virology. Snide and disingenuous. Treats his patients like ignorant children. Refuses to share test data upon request and fails to appropriately account for differences between patients or to take into full account histories.

Dr. Glickman is one of myfavorite doctors. I beleve in trearing with only the best doctors possible. He is very knowledgable, always lustens and is responsive in times of emergency. I sm lucky he is part ofmy medical team.

He is a great doctor. Knows how to communicate with patients. Very knowledgeable as well.

Dr. Glickman is one of the best Nephrologists treating my kidney disease. He will listen to your complaints, and is not afraid to tell you to try a different treatment or medicine. Dr. Glickman stays up on the most current treatments in the field of Nephrology. His knowledge of home dialysis treatments is immense, and he is a huge proponent of home hemo dialysis. Not only will he explain your kidney disease, but he will explain your treatment options, medicines and help guide you to the right choice for YOU. Dr. Glickman is also very good if you have kidney disease, but are not on dialysis. He is very conscientious about kidney health. The only limitation to his practice is that it is at the Univ of Penn., which by nature makes it bureaucratic. If you are on dialysis, it is easier to communicate with the dialysis staff, but they are always in contact with him.
