If I could give him 0 stars I would. He’s rude, talks over you, misdiagnosed me twice and still claims he didn’t. During vaginal exam he seemed aggravated and gave no warning before inserting the speculum AGRESSIVELY. This man should not be in practice he does not care about women or women’s health.

- Genuine physician who's knowledgeable in his area of specialtize. He listens with eyes in place & understands my concern. God blessed me with pretty good intuition even though it can work against me at times. Nevertheless, I appreciate his care & expertise. Although trust can be a serious factor with anyone considering the world at this moment, I will continue to put my trust in God as Always along with Dr. Talvacchia's suggestions.

Every time I go to him he gives me misinformation and seems like he is trying to conn me in some way. He also starts laughing in a weird way..been to a lot of other gynos but to be honest it seems like he is mentally ill

Went to visit him in his south phila office. To begin with, his office was filthy As well as the waiting room. It seemed as if he would talk and look down at his patients. When I would ask him a question he would start mocking and laughing at me or just make up some type of lie? I am not sure what is going on with him but I saw another gyno after.

went to him as a teenager and he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. does not seem trustworthy at all, nor knowledgable. whenever I would ask him questions, as young girls do he would start laughing and mocking me. I even had a light period once and got a small drip on the cloth when I was sitting in the examination chair while waiting to be examined. he started screaming at me..like actual screaming "get off his table because I'm bleeding on it". seems a bit bizarre to say to a 16 year old first time at a gynecologist? something is awry and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone..let alone ANYONE without a parent monitoring everything he does if you are under 18

seriously do nOT go to this doctor. he performed a labiaplasty on me at 17 and did not inform my mother and I that I was healthy and there was no need for the procedure. now I have had complications ever since from him mutilating me. he is a fraud and unethical. STAY AWAY

I have been seeing Dr.Talvacchia since Dr. Krotec left and I wasn't sure if I would receive the same level of excellent care but I can actually say my level of care hasn't changed and I am so great for that. Dr. Talvacchia in my opinion is absolutely an outstanding Dr! I am saddened by the fact that I had no insurance for two or three years but now that I have insurance I am unable to continue my care because Dr. Talvacchia no longer accepts Keystone First.
