I came to Temple Foot and Ankle Institute for a second opinion after an appt with a Sports Medicine specialist from a nearby "Ivy" institution left me less-than-eaqwqQc weas A qad satisfied. I was lucky enough to be seen by Joshua Moore, DPM. Immediately, Dr. Moore accurately diagnosed an issue with my Achilles' tendon which had been plaguing me for 6-7 years and whose diagnosis had evaded several previous healthcare providers. Dr. Moore was courteous, professional and very clearly explained my options. Additionally, he suggested a joint replacement in my big toe, same foot, which had degenerated due to osteoarthritis with resultant pain, greatly hampering my mobility for years. Who even knew such a procedure was even a "thing"?! He has been extremely accessible to respond to question/ concerns as I recuperate, too. Finally, I appreciate his experience and leadership in a teaching institution such as Temple F&A for his role in trying the next generation of healers. 5 ??'s, no doubt!

I went to see Dr. Moore on July 19, 2021 concerning dark color nails on big toes. He diagnosed it as fungus toes and prescribed medication that I could not take until after bloodwork results which he also advised to have done. He said the office would call me after the results to recommend if it was okay to take the medication. I waited a week and did not hear from the office, so I called and was told that a message will be left for Dr. Moore and he will get back to me. Well it's August 23rd and I still haven't heard any response so I have not started the medication yet. He also told me Vicks Vapor Rub works so that's what I have been using in the meantime.

YES, definitely recommend Dr. Moore & his staff. . Dr. Moore performed Bunion surgery for me. All went well. He is very pleased. I am happy. I healed completely, able to walk in regular shoes in 2 1/2 weeks. He and his staff were very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and performed the surgery well.
