I saw dr. Joshua Trufant, today for skin cancer surgery.. He was so professional.. so was Jennifer and his other two helpers. has a wonderful sense of humor.. makes one feel very comfortable, if one was nervous coming in for surgery.. He will make you forget that you were nervous..he ask if I like to hear music.. I told him yes and he ask what I wanted to hear..he put on the oldies for me and he even sang along.. wow I will recommend him to anyone left out of there very happy...did not feel any pain through surgery .. Thank You so much.. Dr. Joshua Trufant.. wish I could give you a hundred stars but it only lets you give five.😂

As a person with severe Complex PTSD, including Medical PTSD from non-consensual surgery, I was hesitant to undergo *any* more surgery. However, I gave Dr. Trufant a try and was very pleased! The surgeon listened to me well, read my handout about the kind of care I need, and did everything the way I needed, as if he'd been Trauma-Informe Care trained! Wow! It was wonderful! What a pleasure and relief to work with a surgeon who *shows* he really cares about his patients' experiences and wellbeing. Thank you, Dr. Trufant!

Dr. Trufant and two residents actually made the MOHS procedure fun. Not only that, but what scar? The scarring is not visible at all.

Dr. Trufant was everything you want in a health care professional. He was punctual, professional and explained every step of the entire procedure. Dr Trufant took time to call me the next day to check in on me. Most of all you can barely notice the scar on my face. Would not hesitate recommending him, or returning for a reoccurrence

Dr. Trufant is knowledgeable, relaxed and efficient. He’s clearly done thousands of these surgeries. He even played Mozart while stitching me up!

I had a skin cancer on my cheek and was very nervous when I was told I would need surgery. Dr. Trufant had performed moh’s surgery on me previously but I was particularly nervous about this one. Several months later and you can’t even see where it was done. He is calm and kind and you genuinely feel like you are very important to him.
