Dr. Han was one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is very caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. She doesn't rush you out of the room. Since June 2021, her practice has changed the type of insurances they accept, which is now only one type of insurance-- Medicare. Unfortunately, I will need to find a new doctor. She was so fantastic. Her office is a bit hectic and chaotic, and nearly always had long wait times. She was the best.

Dr. Han seems caring but her office is bunkers. Was told by the Dr. to take papers for lab work with me, the staff however informed me that they will send it by mail. This was 12/11 today is 12/28 still haven't received anything. Called to complain and that person told me that I have not been seen in 6 month. Sadly this is not the first aggravation with this staff. I live 5 min from this office so there is no reason for any of this.

Experience with Dr Han was good, but the office staff need not work in healthcare. They lack compassion, they are rude and horrible. They offer no help in coordinating services for a patient. Jane yelled on the phone and hung up on me. The wait time in the office is so long, there is no meaning to making an appointment.
