Saw Dr Kistler last week for the first time. He injected my thumb, as arthritis has hit most of my joints. He took his time and explained my options to me. He went out of his way to let me know about a surgical procedure he does on the thumb. Explained he removes the arthritic bone and stitches the bones together. The procedure has a very good recovery rate. The healing time is about as long as knee replacement 6 months. Choose the injection right now since i get 6 months relief from them. Down the road when the injections stop working I'll choose to get the surgery. Dr. Kistler is the best. Rothman physicians are the absolute best. 💯
