I have been trying for the past month to make an appointment at Dr. Benedicts office at the Watermark. No one ever answers the phone, phone calls are never returned and the voice mail is often full. I am not sure that the doctor is aware of how calls are handled but he is obviously going to lose patients and/or will never be able to grow his practice with a staff that cant be bothered to PICK UP THE PHONE! This office deserves a rating of zero but I was forced to give at least one star for the review to be submitted.
